I have experienced similar issues with this version as well as 1.5.1 & 1.5.2, That all say "Is Modded: Very likely; Jar signature invalidated" yet I did not edit or even view the version, jar and/or json files. This may be due to the new launcher, but you should try it. (Also the main error seems to be "Vec3 Pool Size: ERROR NullPointerException: null" As I also experienced this.
