All the crashed worlds have a level.dat_old-file instead of (or additional to) level.dat in com.mojang/minecraftWorlds/"whateverthismeans="/
Renaming back to level.dat dosn't undo the crash. Now I use ES-FileManager to make a zip-file of the folder of my actual world after every important change. Not really a fix but a solution to keep on playing.
Hope these informations will be usefull.
For me the bug occured after playing for several hours. I don't use any mods. EVERY world crashed with green screen so I stopped playing.
My son (also has a Galaxy Note N7000 whith Android 4.2.1) told me that there is no green-screen-crash when he uses Block Launcher. Dosn't matter if a mod is startet or wich mod.
Hope you will fix it soon!
Still appares in 0.12.2: 2 of 3 started worlds crashed with green screen. One world crashed with 40 ExP and another with a lage castle projekt. Annoying!! Totally I have 7 of 12 worlds with green screen.
I have the same issue on Android 4.1.2. as Bartend discribed for Kindle. Very annoying issue. Hope realy you will get a fix.
The same with my survival worlds. I lost several highly enchanted tools. I think it happens
while opening inventories of horses, furnaces, chests on lamas and so on.
