Has not been a problem up until this point. Nothing related to my Computer is maxing out. I am using a quarter of my CPU and less than that of the allocated RAM. I have had no problem running any version of Minecraft up until mid way through the Snapshots for 1.13. I have played 200+ mods in packs and not had a chunk loading issue. I've been able to not only play but record content on every version of Minecraft up till this point.
