Same problem here, with a desktop and windows 10. In my case, the problem seems to be a stack overflow. Windows event log :

I have the same issue with v0.15. The windows logs seems to indicate a stack overflow exception in ntdll.dll
I've tried reinstalling the game, windows,... no results
Update : creating a new Windows user does work. I suspect this may be a problem with accented characters (I'm french) : my user directory is C:\Users\Bérénice>;
