Yes, this issue happened to me after updating from 1.14 to 1.14.1. The villagers switched their workstations, so they couldn't restock.

Luckily for me I have a backup.

I have same issue as coogart. I brought villagers from default village generated in 1.13 and accidentally hit them on the way. Every child has increase in prices. Even if switch their profession or never trade with them when they grow up. I thought the prices will decrease but nothing is happening. Also, they have multiplied their prices by 2.5 so the prices are pretty much infected by same rate.
