I think the status of this thread needs changing from resolved as it is still happening yesterday alone was crash after crash, sometimes i would only move like 5 blocks from where i was and it would crash.
Being on a boat or rail cart when the game crashes results in you loosing your cart or boat . Makes it hard when your just starting out and loose the iron you have got through the crashes

Should also add only started happening after the 1.6.8 update

I think this is happenening to alot of players. Myself included have the same problem as sven. Sometimes it can crash once , and then sometimes it will keep crashing makes exploring really hard.

I have the exact same problem, i thought it was my xbox playing up but all other games work fine. It started 2 days ago for me. It happens on every new world i create i can play for abit and then it stutters freezes then kicks me back to xbox dashboard, when it first happened i was in a boat when i loaded the game back up i was half way under water with no boat .
