This is because it is no longer a full block so you can fall through sometimes 😃
I don't really know what you mean by your screen jumped but I think you mean it made you jump when you pressed crouch. It is possible to change buttons so you might have your buttons switched. All you need to do is change that in settings 😊

They probably left the world or there is a data pack or mod/modpack 😛
Maybe closing and opening will fix it. It may just be the headphones stop working and not Minecraft. 😃
This is probably either the anchor disappearing before the explosion or a glitch. This will probably never be fixed because it's very unlikely to happen in survival. BTW, WHAT WERE YOU DOING TO DISCOVER THAT!?
Are you sure it was tamed? If you punched it and then tried to tame it I don't think it would calm down or take the bones. It could've been a friends dog if it was on a multiplayer server. Then hitting the dog or the owner would anger the dog.
It is always black writing no matter the wood type but if you click the sign with white die it will be white text
