It doesn't happen from all angles though for example:

and not visible from a just slightly different angle:

I think it is clearly visible how to reproduce this.

As far as I have tested it, it has nothing to do with the dispenser. I have experienced the same problems afer i put down the Respawn anchor, right clicked 4 times with a glowstone (not putting my respawn-point there) and then just executing the command "/kill". I could not break the Netherportal etc. Additionally no Chunks exept the Chunks that initially loaded when i respawned in the overworld loaded further.
