Bug: A software bug is an error, flaw, failure or fault in a computer program or system that causes it to produce an incorrect or unexpected result, or to behave in unintended ways.
This issue: Is in fact, something that causes the game to behave in unintended ways (matching the description of a bug, thus it is a bug, therefore, unfortunately for you, valid)
Meh, good enough.
I was not trying to explain the Triple Chest Bug, but a different bug altogether, as shown in pictures Fig 5 and Fig 6 (where both chests' orientations don't update to be the same). I personally think this shouldn't be a duplicate of a different bug entirely as just because I mention it in the recreation of the bug doesn't mean that it itself is the bug I'm reporting.
Part of me wants to edit the bug description, part of me wants to create a new bug report explaining this simpler and part of me just wants to leave you alone and let the bug be a duplicate.
@KingSupernova
In the pictures, there is a command shown at the bottom left (at least, the ones where commands are used.)
Fig 2 and 4 both have them in.
I really would be surprised if there are any duplicates of this bug...
...glad to see the bug is fixed.
I don't mind if you copy it over.
Still happens in Minecraft 1.12, i think
