It happens whenever the keyboard is used, for example chat, signs, command, structre and jigsaw blocks.
Tough, this seems to only happen if I was holding the last slot of the hotbar before using the keyboard.
I've experienced this bug every single time i use my keyboard, in creative and in survival.
