Hello, try teleporting to any of the departments (in case one of them works for you, like the case that user Bahnfyre commented on). Then maybe you can teleport to the apartment you want. It also didn't let me enter the QA Department, but I entered it twice, teleporting first from the green and purple department (I don't remember the names but it worked for me in those departments). I also recommend that you do not close the game or change tabs while doing the challenges (So that no challenge progress errors occur). I share this way because it worked for me, it didn't let me teleport correctly either, but I was able to get the cape like this. (And notice that if it works for you, I think there is a bug where it doesn't give you the office cap)
