As im aware, the only way I can think is restarting the game
Does the game suddenly freeze intirely and you have to close it from your device?
Theres a similar issue on Windows 10 edition/bedrock but on realms, It barely happens but in some rarities, It randomly freezes, Only the game, everything else is fine. I know this a report about switch, but it might be catching upto W10
