I'm not very tech-savvy, and it was refusing to upload the videos here, so I hope YouTube links are okay. The audio and visual bugs did not happen in game, and I had not noticed in an previous recordings from older versions either
pretty sure you need to be over 1024 blocks away from any portal in the overworld for them to not connect and 128 in the nether
It was Not Visable behid the loading terrain screen, so this is after joining multiplayer first
