ok let's clear this out:

1) I never said anything about changing items when breaking the block

2) It doesn't ONLY happen with tools, didn't I already say that? It is NOT releated to MC-5368

3) And I'm SORRY I didn't provide as much detail as you do

It's not related, it doesn't happen with just tools, besides, wasn't this created before MC-5368?

It does that for me for all blocks including tools, I haven't tested all the blocks or tools but i can break it with a empty hand it it would still happen.

I didn't break it with bare hands, I used a tool

It doesn't just happen in a server but any survival mode (haven't tested in adventure yet) and it wasn't just once, it happens every single time
