No, but it is similar. When you place down an armour stand, it faces the way you placed it, but then turns to face north after a few seconds.
No, the armor stands go from the correct orientation to facing north. I'm attaching a video now
Oh, I was mistaken. I had deleted the original world with the bug, but when i tried to recreate it in a new 1.18.1 world, the bug didn't occur. I must've had optifine installed or something when i recorded the bug video.
