Sorry I meant to reply on here,  it was on my end.  My router got reset around the same time and my public ip address for changed and that was why I couldn't connect.  Sorry for wasting your time

this is also happening to me on dedicated server. Temporary fix is to break boat and place it again or just make a new boat.
