The issues with the spawners have been fixed when I resynced the world. Mob grinders dont work neither do my gaurdian farms. No spawns. I have resynced and rebuilt this world a load of times with no success on the mob grinder or gaurdian farms.
Ive noticed the same. Built an automatic farm based off tangoteks recent design, had noticed that the sugar cane doesnt grow. I manually placed and noticed that it glitches before you can place another one on top of it. I don't know if its a hit box collision from the pistons. I tore it down and tried another design these are not zero tick farms and they wont grow infront of observers. Tried in a single player world same issue.
