Yes, until now it is still a problem after restarting, deleting and reinstalling the error persists, and in a few hours the event ends, unfortunately I think that is why I will not be able to obtain the precious cape.
In the end I couldn't get the beautiful cape, after trying different ways, I'm sad that I couldn't get it because of this bug, I'm sure thousands or millions of players were affected by this bug that happened. Merry Christmas, thank you.
