I'm unable to post a video, but here's a screeny. Most of the missing blocks here are vanilla blocks.

I believe I have temporarily fixed this issue. Kind of. I un-installed the game & re-installed it & I have been able to open my Realm. But I did still crash a few times and upon rejoining there was always at least 1 block missing a texture. Except one time, every vanilla block was missing their textures and half of the Add-On blocks were not. I'll post a video if I can, but I also have screenies.

It's not just Realms either.

Mine doesn't even let me login far enough to get lag. It crashes before the loading screen finishes. Somewhere between 50-70%. I also tried to login with my other 3 accounts and have the same results.
I also had my Realm admins test on different devices. PC players were fine, but a little laggy. Playstation players were able to join eventually, once I got mine to connect, but were very laggy and crashed. I'm the only one on Xbox (series X ).
