Yes the issue appears with any hero, no matter offline or online. I've tested some things and noticed that the screen freezing issue only appears when you jump in water. Upon walking into or out of the water, the game runs just fine. My graphics are set to the lowest possible to prioritize performance. The issue is quite making the game unplayable as you respawn near water and have to jump out of it.
