Also, forgot to mention that my minecoins are also missing. I had 200 left.
"Them" referred to the Realm Plus Worlds. I also purchased the Minecraft Windows 10 Master Collection, and I'm locked out of that purchased set of worlds and resource packs as well. I'm logged into my correct Microsoft account - see my RaeyaLight profile. However, there are no packs or anything as of last night. All the sudden last night, I saved and exited the game and all my stuff was locked, EXCEPT the 1 Realm on your server. I can't access anything that is Realm Plus, even though as you can see, it says my subscription renews every 30 days. When I go to a Realms Plus World or resource pack in the marketplace, it views as if I need to purchase it. I was getting a message that someone was on my device. I'm not receiving that message anymore. I have no idea why this is happening. I'm definitely logged in to the right account. I double checked it against my Microsoft account that I purchased the game via. Everything is right. And, as I said, I was actually logged into the game on my Windows 10 machine when all this happened. I wasn't logged out. And it shows that I'm the "owner" of the realm (as you can see).
I think it might be a bug! My husband and I figured out what happened, but we have no idea how to fix it. He logged on to his account today (T Dog Knight), and ALL my purchases are now on HIS Minecraft Marketplace. I’d mentioned that he signed in on my iPad to play his game. Afterwards, all my stuff was locked when I signed back in. Even though I purchased everything, he now “owns” it. The only thing I can access, and I still have ownership of is my actual Realm. I can’t access any of my Realm Plus content because it’s now attached to HIS Minecraft/Microsoft login. However, the Xbox Live and Microsoft Store shows I purchased them with my login email/Microsoft account. It makes absolutely no sense. I have sent a message to customer support as well.
