Same thing happens to me. Only in windows 7 , I installed a fresh copy of w8 and w7 and only w7 is affected . Also the tipe of mouse is important , the gaming mouses with specific drivers make it looks even more shutter. please mojang fix this I don´t want to go back to w8 , directx 11.2 is so bad for old games
