Moving around only happens within a very small radius, close enough to still have the raid continue. Most of the times it stopped I was directly next to the villager hut. When moving outside of the radius, the bar will disappear as normal, but the raid continues functionally and I can return to the village with the raid still ongoing (and the bar returning), therefore that is not the issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build up a village from scratch, turn zombie villagers into normal villagers, build houses with beds and job stations etc. 
2. Have different levels in your village connected with long and short stairways (impossible to build differently in my case because of the terrain)

3. Build a wall of fence (2 high) around the village. Next to the stairs have full block rows (3 blocks high from stair bottom to top of the wall) and 2 block high fences on top of that.

Observed Results:

Villagers appear outside of the walls near stairs, on top of the fences and on top of buildings outside of the fences.
Expected Results:

Neither the fences nor buildings should be climbable. Villagers should stay inside of the walls, not appear outside/ on top.

Tested on Realms, Singleplayer and Multiplayer. The issue persists on all of them.
