How is this useful specifically? If it is a feature why does it not happen every time, only sometimes? And if it’s working as intended, again, why does it only work half the time? All good questions, that I feel like you’re not gonna answer now

hi have a similar issue on lifeboat sever bought both things for the prison game mode {prison pass and VIP sub thing so spent nearly 5£ and they don't seem to wanna work for me so it not letting me have access to it just kicks me out tell me to buy them but I have already bought them please help me and fix this please
