I too have not been granted the Creaking Cape after repeatedly beating all the challenges (Bedrock edition)! I've tried restarting the launcher, game, my computer, and messing with my Microsoft account, but still, NOTHING has worked. All my screenshots are like user Xenofalgue's 3, so I see no point in re-sending the info you already seem to have.
I’m not given to being touchy when dealing with customer service… But I don’t really care for the dismissive tone at the beginning of your reply. I understand all the garbage you folks have to wade through (my husband is a hardware tech), but the way your likely copy/paste reply is phrased is a mite insulting. I’m not a special snowflake nor a ‘Karen,’ but I call the shots as I see them. Maybe you folks ought to find a more professional script to respond to people. I will re-submit the problem in agonizing detail, if that’s what you need. Have a decent day.
