Here I couldn't wait any longer, because this bug has not been resolved for over a week and my son can't wait any longer. So, I risked deleting the game and installing again and it worked. The strange thing is that the 2.08 update continues to appear, but it is working. From Brazil

Wow, what a coincidence, because I have exactly the same problem on my PS4. The game is stopped on the home screen (in red).
