I reproduced this Bug in
same BDS version;
Debian 11 with Kernel 6.1.6-pve server;
v1.20.10 iOS Minecraft Client on iOS 17 21A5277j.
I couldn't place or break any block at 10 blocks away from where I spawned.
When I set ``server-authoritative-movement`` to ``server-auth`` or use old BDS version 1.20.0.01 and old 1.20.0 client, it works well
(English is not my native language, I am using machine translation, please point out if there are grammar problems, sorry)
