Updated again with some new info

Updated the bug report, the error is no longer occuring

Yes I can reproduce it every time. Happens from both sides of the rail. It's set up with a button and three powered rails to start it. Seems to happen as soon as you leave the chunk.

Is this the file you want? I don't know how to attach the whole save.
