I do have a older world that I saved to my hard drive exactly 1 year ago so its a older version, however the same problem still occurs, even though I've only had this problem since July this year.

My computer has been fine with all other games, its only my 1 specific 4 year old Minecraft world that's unplayable ever since 1.20 update in June earlier this year. I used to have behaviour packs that corrupted some chunks of my worlds a few years back but I used a chunk deleting software and have been fine ever since.
I only use a texture pack and rtx pack on my world which ever since my world broke I removed all behaviour and texture packs.
Again, my world has been completely fine and playable all up until June earlier this year where Update 1.20 has broken my world. i haven played Minecraft for months only checking if a hotfix fixed my problem.
when I load the wold only a five chunk radius loads before everything freezes and i cant play, this all happens in like 3 seconds.
