I was and still am playing on Windows 10 bedrock, but the bug also happens for non pc players who have joined the realm. From switch, PS4 and Xbox. This bug does still occur in the new update. I tried again with the same textures as my previous image. Textures from multiple packs don't work, and only the marketplace pack would load for me. The base textures from the pack are fine, and I have a pack that changes glass textures, a pack that replaces the hot bar (cannot even upload that one to any new realm worlds for what I believe is an entirely separate bug) so I tried without that one too, and still didn't work. And I made the cat replacement texture pack because the marketplace pack's cats were invisible for again another separate bug. But everything works on a local world just fine. Or in my global resources. I'm not sure if it's caused by the marketplace pack or not. But most things on realms related to texture packs almost never work (Like having to delete certain folders to successfully upload worlds with textures already to a realm). So I'd put my guess on it being a realms problem and not the texture packs. If you need, I can upload the mcpacks of the packs I used, so you can test the same load order. But it seems to happen to other people too
