on 1.18.1 yes the stutter still there every i created new world.

tested anything pre-release of 1.17 the bug still there

also 1.17 pre release"5"

upgraded from 21w18a to 21w20a yeah still there

still present with 21w17a and my ms drastic increase 50-721

1.16.5 still present with the bug also the latest snapshot 21W15A

still present with 20w45a much worst performance

i still experiencing chunk border lag crossing with 1.16.4 but 1.12.2 was the last running smoothly as like 1.8.9 for chunk border crossing. later i tested all versions from 1.13 to latest 1.16.4 and i can confirm it and i still suspect the bug.  what's going on with those updates it getting worst. please mojang don't update the minecraft java edition too fast because its been 2+ years since 1.13 release. the bug still not resolved i recommend to find bugs and fix to solve it completely before we going to 1.17
