I feel as if this bug is very rare. Hopefully, other players can see this happening in their worlds. If you have evidence please share here in the comments.

I can't have an image as I usually kill the frozen mobs, so no evidence of an image.

In the left image, this is in version 1.16.40, in an android device, I have 24 chunks. Compare to 32 chunks in the right image, which is in the version shown at the top. Do you see a difference?

As you can see, the horizon is suppose to be farther away than it is on the image. Like how chunk distance work right?

Is it about the telemetry bug fix update thing?

This is not a bug... (is it?), because the build that the Minecraft developers have is a ddifferent version so we don't see balloons the creative inventory. We have to build it and besides these are education edition features, you can see the crafting recipes and other recipes in the Minecraft Education Edition website.

Only the element blocks and the element constructors are only available in the creative inventory right?

I think this bug is only on Minecraft 1.6.0.5 in phones, because the bug was not in my brother and sister's tablets

I did and it didn't work, kept doing it like 10 times and it doesn't work. There could be maybe a connection problem.

Nevermind, I saw a stream from Minecraft's Twitch Channel that reviewed everything.

They can, some packs don't some do, but a tiny bug must been in the game that content in all compatible devices of Minecraft Bedrock, excluding Minecraft Bedrock in Nintendo Switch, cannot sync content dlcs to the Switch, for example my LG K20 phone has the texture pack and when I signed my Xbox Live Account in the Nintendo Switch, it told me that I could sync my content in my Switch and use anywhere else and vice-versa. Then I press accept. After I check the marketplace and there's no plastic texture pack I can see available to download.

Maybe you have to make it on your own? I know its annoying if you have to make it on your on but it's education edition so yeah
