The following solution worked for me and my friend:

Select world > instead of "Play selected world" > "Edit World" >

> Optimize World > tick box for "Erase cached data" and proceed

we are already playing for a few hours now and we don`t have dark spots anymore

I can confirm that too.

Yesterday I want to play with my Friend. We generate a fresh standard world.
He was the host and saw these dark spots.  But for me everything looks good.
Then we decided to switch .. I take the savegame and host the game.
Now I have dark spots and for my friend everything looks good!

strange...   Perhaps this can help too..?!

My Villagers just start breeding.. GAME CRASHED (like the log you see at the top)

tried it several times but still crash while they want start breeding

Same problem here! (18w50a)

every newborn will be the same farmer.

You can not click any of them (open trading menu)
the farmers do not go to the fields.
