affects 1.21.21

i encountered this bug on 1.21.21

theres one on the sunflower fields preset seed at -1249 158 206

i looked it up and nothing showed up

i found this same bug when building in my survival world which was created in 1.19 far after petrified oak slabs were obtainable in survival

to recreate this bug go into survival place a  wood slab and mine it with a picaxe and then an axe

this is on my world too except half of it is in the air and the other half is in the water
