Sadly, yes. If you hover over the "Custom" skin, the word changes to "Browse", if you attempt to select it (pressing A on the controller) then the grey rectangle cursor highlights Alex/Steve or whatever skin pack you last selected a skin from.
Still affects 0.13.1 alpha
