I neglected to add that when opening the App the Start-up is bypassed and I immediately see the Loading Screen. At least for these last one or two attempts. A quit and restart of the tablet did not help, nor did a force quit of the tablet help. I can only turn off the App by force-quitting it by sliding it off the screen.
Okay, I dared to Offload via the Storage Setting on the tablet, yet keep Data to be reinstalled. I Quit the Tablet, waited 3-4 minutes, Restarted the tablet, went back to Storage, and reinstalled the App. What I noticed was that again the Loading Screen immediately came up, at 41%, zoomed up to 71%, then went back to the 66% and remained there. I hope that this extra information can help in some way.
