Place a command block and input /tp @p (using coordinates you wish to port to) When you port to your chosen coordinate you get stuck in the block that you have chosen to land on. I have tried setting the height of the coordinate one or two blocks higher also. Sorry I do not know how to describe it any clearer than that.
