MC-104850 Chests don't spawn in end Cities, but items do, then despawn if you don't get to them on time. Noticed when checking End Cities in Creative, that some chests do not spawn in End cities. Can be up to 3 chests. First noticed in 1.9 Duplicate

I have had this issue since 1.9, into 1.10.2. It only happens intermittently. Have to close client to fix. Running Windows 8.1, with the latest Java. In single player world.
