Just tested with a Diamond Pickaxe and it seems the same for it aswell so its got the same speeds on sandstone both with Efficiency 1 and 2 with Haste and Haste 2

with a Diamond pickaxe it seems like Efficiency 3 with Haste 2 on sandstone is instant, without Haste at all Efficiency 4 is instant, but the guy from the other thread was mining Stone.

with a Gold pickaxe it seems like Efficiency 3 with regular Haste on sandstone is instant like you said, but i also wanna point out that with Efficiency 1 and 2 with regular Haste Gold Pickaxe is the same speeds on sandstone. Seems the same for Haste 2 aswell

I just need to add in something i found out, Efficiency 3 with regular Haste has no noticable increase in speed, the same goes for Efficiency 4 with Haste 2. Might just be me though, i would say give it a test. I also wanna add in that going from Efficiency 2 with Regular Haste to Efficiency 3 seems like its the same speed, also this happens with Efficiency 3 with Haste 2 to Efficiency 4

I just tested it with all Efficiency pickaxes and the only thing i found it is that Efficiency 4 and below is alot slower than Efficiency 5 this is only shown with Haste 2, regular Haste has a very little increase in overall speed

I tested at a border, both with Haste and Haste 2 but it only looked like the normal Haste was slower than usual but might just be me, im gonna do some further testing at different places and see if an efficiency 5 Haste 2 is cutting through things like butter

yesterday i played on my 1.13 world (Same seed as Hermitcraft Season 6 is: 7866897547630675894) on an island at about 800 13 -800, played with both a tier one beacon and tier four beacon whilst playing, and the effect worked perfectly fine.

If you havent tried to move or replace the beacon, you could try that, maby you should ensure the whole beacon is within a chunk and not close to a chunk border. Which could make some issues with the beacon. Im gonna test if the chunk border has any affect on my beacon.

Should probably add that its only got a big tree on it and its also a big ish island its also north of 800 -800
