We experienced in our multiplayer map that more and more horses disappear. All of them were tamed. It didn't matter whether they had a saddle or armor on them. It didn't matter whether they were named or not (after they disappeared I also couldn't teleport them to me, since their names were not found as stated in the chat box). It happened while I was logged in, without having logged off at any point. It happened to horse babies as well as grown horses. It happened to those in small 8x4 double-height fence-walls as well as large 50x50 walled-in structures. It didn't matter whether I rode them or not.
I don't know whether it only happens at lower y-levels. (I am working at y-level 8).
