Correct Mustek, it is fixed in 13w05b. Yay. 😃
Interesting, as this allows the ability to right click through upside down stairs and perform tasks behind it (eg. open a chest).

I myself have seen this issue a lot in past versions too.
This is still a noticeable issue, and is not limited to F5 or the three entities mentioned in the title. It happens for all entities, no matter where they are on the map.
