Confirming this issue here on Windows 10 1.12.0 as well, it seems the latest update has made this bug worse and now it's seriously annoying.

I'm corroborating this issue as well, a friend of mine is paying for a Realm for Bedrock and this issue happens even when hosting a map through Realms. It's completely random when it happens too, but it is consistent for everyone playing at the same time on every device. When it happens the entire chunk simply isn't rendering for everyone playing, but it does seem to function normally otherwise. Entities spawn and display properly in the chunk and all the blocks are present, just invisible. 

Please fix this.
