Don't really know what's the fix or the issue, but I'll share what I did and it somehow fixed it automatically.

I was unable to play for 2 days after the first time I got that error. I downloaded another game onto my computer (just got released to public), uninstalled it, then the launcher magically managed to install properly. Maybe you can try it as well.

Update

Can launch normallly now. I didn't do anything. I jus opened up the launcher few hours later and it installed normally. No idea what caused the problem.
