The same thing happens to me too. Every time I try to open an old world (my son plays with the Switch off line - no realms but we have an account microsoft) the words "The software was closed because an error occurred." and can't play. Each time he begin a new world. it is practically unplayable. I wouldn't want to buy the realms subscription and it doesn't seem right. I saw the previous comments and the same thing happens to me. Please fix the problem
