Just tested without Resource Pack and it occured again 😉

Also this is the R3D.craft Resource Pack and they don't have the textures for rose bushes yet. therefore you may think it's broken 😉

No, not really.
The bug you referring to is by breaking the plants.
The bug we found is a ghost-item-duplication bug while placing the plant.
Just watch the video we attached and you will know what we meant 😉
