The setting "You can create and join clubs" was already allowed. Also blocking and then again allowing does not help.

I tried to rename the realm club in the xbox app but i don't have any clubs in the xbox app. And i can't create a club there either... (This action is not allowed because of your account configuration. This can be changed in your privacy and online safety settings on Xbox.com)

I contacted xbox live customer support and hope they can help me...

I mailed this issue to mojang support and got the following response:

I'm having the same problem when trying to renew my realms subscription.

But when i try to create a new realm, i get the message "You cannot play on Realms because of how your Xbox Live account is set up. This can be changed in your privacy and online safety settings on Xbox.com".

I have changed all my xbox privacy settings to allow, but still no luck. Searching for an answer for two weeks now.
