it happens in non-modded worlds as well, i just was playing in my modded ish world (shaders, texture changes, and appleskin + day counter are the only things changed that arent just aesthetics) - i mined 12 deepslate blocks in the video, had 57 in my inventory already, and when i went to check, i had one stack (64) plus 4. 57+12 is 69, which means i should have had 5 in the second stack, not 4. it’s a minor error with this specific example, but it’s frustrating when it happens to diamonds or iron. i also only recorded it because it started to happen again, with the diorite and deepslate both disappearing instantly.
