Wait, does it seem like all the reports so far are from Intel GPU users? I'm also on an Intel GPU.
If anyone else reproduces this bug, please share your GPU model by the way.

Can confirm.
In fact, it's not fullscreen that makes it normal.
It only appears normal at specific window widths (e.g., 1920px)
This appears to be a Vulkan-only issue, as changing graphics API to OpenGL resolved it.
Now fixed on Preview 1.21.100.20
Sorry, I discussed these two issues together, it might have caused confusion.
The Picture 1 is new logo, the design based on the logo after MCJE 23w14a, the crack on the logo is straight, and no English tittle. It is not used on the "China Edition" pop-ups.
The Picture 2 are pop-ups on two web pages at the same time. Some pages such as purchase pages(the right half of the picture 2) still use misleading old pop-ups
