I'm having the same problem ever since the creaking update. Every time I log into the game one of the villager is outside and even on top of a tree somehow. 1st time seeing the villager on top of a out of nowhere scared the soul out of my body. it's very annoying every time I log into the game I have to spend some time to put him back inside.
