Solved : Restart the computer run the game in admin mode fix the problem XD
I have the same problems. Any way how to fix this ?

I reinstall my windows, And make sure I install every driver after that I reinstall Mine-Craft and I got this problem.
Every times I start the launcher I got this problem.
